• Mental Health Acute Review Clinic, 2021. Aimed to reduce ED presentations during COVID-19 by providing urgent assessments. Successfully launched; praised by stakeholders; ceased due to resource limitations.
• Mental Health Acute Assessment Clinic, 2022, 2023. Developed a virtual and outreach clinic for youth mental health assessments outside of ED settings. Fully operational with referral pathways established.
• DBT-A Skills Group (External Facilitator Model), 2022, 2023. Delivered accessible DBT-A support for emotionally dysregulated youth. Full implementation approved and group established, excellent feedback.
• Model of Care Development. Led creation of the “Towards Zero Suicides” model including SPOT and Safe Haven for Sydney Children’s Hospital Network.
