Assisting Finance Director in preparation of various financial reports
Responsible for the financial statements, Trail balance, P&L account & Balance sheet and variousMIS / Adhoc reports
Handling day to day cash and bank transactions and general ledger posting
Focusing on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to make sure they meet the expectation
Timely & accurate reconciliation of Ledger a/c, Balance sheet& P&L accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, Develop new reconciliation process between general ledger
Intercompany reconciliation's and prepare confirmation statements
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Prepare Audit file (Quarterly& Yearly), assisting internal and external auditors with queries
General ledger entry including accruals, prepaid, client and house investment valuations
Monitoring clients balance and preparation of client balance confirmation statements
Preparation of Daily, MTD& YTD P&L
Assisting Accounts Manager in preparation of VAT file
Supervising junior financial staff
Communicating clearly and effectively with the accounts team and other department
