I am an Associate Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management with over 10 years of university teaching experience in Malaysia, Taiwan, and Australia, having taught at top universities. I also have more than 15 years of research experience in artificial intelligence, deep learning, Explainable AI, decision theories, and sensor-based applications.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Application from Al-Nahrain University, a master's in Computer Science (Expert Systems and AI) from the University of Malaya, and a PhD in Computer Engineering (Applied Decision Theory) from Multimedia University.

My research has resulted in over 220 publications in high-impact journals such as IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer, accumulating more than 19,300 citations with an H-index of 82. I have supervised 35 postgraduate students, including 9 PhD candidates as the main supervisor. My expertise has been recognized through three fellowships and multiple research grants exceeding 5 million AUD, including funding for AI-based medical applications, smart gadgets, and environmental technology.

My contributions have earned me numerous prestigious awards, including the Best Services Award (2016-2021), Rising Star Staff Award (2019-2021), and recognition as one of Stanford University's "World's Top 2% Scientists" (2021-2025). I was also ranked third nationwide in Malaysia in computer science by research.com. Additionally, I have received 13 research awards, including eight gold medals.

Beyond academia, I have contributed as a reviewer for top AI journals, chaired postgraduate evaluations, and delivered workshops. I am also an entrepreneur, developing smart gadgets, showcasing my commitment to innovation and real-world AI applications.
