I am a highly motivated, responsible and hardworking individual with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I have proven ability in a variety of roles including management, supervisor, section waiter, barman and wine waiter. My strengths lay in motivation, leadership, working well within a team and I am very orginised. Prior to a career in hospitality I had a career in the retail food industry. Between 1978-1990 I worked in supermarkets retail food outlets and reception houses.
