Have always been a Leader who believed in safety and ensuring everyone worked safe . At the same time focussing on the work and KPI;s that were set for us. During my time as a Superintendent I had a headcount of between 200 plus employees reporting to me.
Ringer for 8 plus years then promoted to a Production Supervisor role at George Fisher Mine Superintendent for 6 years spanning from 2008 to 2014 Left the mines for a stint 2017 I rejoined the mines with Glencore and had different positions at Number 4 Concentrator which included running a projects team of around 20 people up until I took a position at the Clean in Clean out Laundry I then transferred over to a Department in Shafts and Hoisting up until this area closed in July 2025 I left and came back in November 2026 and done a stint at the Lead Smelter until moving to the Copper Smelter Rebrick area in mid January 2026 and I am still in this current role
