I am an enthusiastic coach that values education, autonomy, productivity, outcomes and self-efficacy. I am currently finishing my physiotherapy degree, and I have career plans to work clinically, continue my coaching career and building my club, completing a masters in health education and building a business in weightlifting, allied health and education. I have held various leadership roles through various industries and my goal is to continue building and leveraging this leadership experience to make a difference in the education and weightlifting spaces in Australia.
My primary role at RealFITT is running the operations of the Weightlifting Club. This includes having responsibility and autonomy with the following tasks/programs:
- Developing and delivering the RealFITT Youth Weightlifting Program, the ACTS only Youth Weightlifting Program
- Developing and delivering RealFITT Weightlifting Workshops
- Developing and delivering professional development in both musculoskeletal rehabilitation/conditions and coaching methodology in Weightlifting
- I ran a 12 month Indigenous youth training program
- Running weekly coached session, and daily programming/video reviews for the weightlifting group
- Handling all the advertising for the Weightlifting Club via instagram, email advertisements and commercial partnerships
My roles and responsibilities with WACT are as follows:
- I played a practical role in the planning and implementation of the WACT high performance and development squads
- Regular interstate travel for coaching at national level competitions
- Involvement in the strategic planning for WACT as a member of the coaching subcommittee
- Mentoring of local club level coaches in the ACT
I am a current physiotherapy student at the University of Canberra, and I have worked on and off with Mitch doing intern work as well as Strength and Conditioning and sports training for the various sports teams he works with.
My supervisor role at Flames Fitness included running personal training sessions, writing programs, taking in new clients and performing initial sign ups, taking responsibility for the staffing and operations of the gym, sales and retention.

I am a man of many hobbies. I am a skateboarder, weightlifter, music lover, record/book collector and amateur pilot. I love sport, and regularly follow the NRL, skateboarding, weightlifting and whatever else is on at the time.
