Bill Urquhart

The construction industry has been a passion and the main focus since I began my carpentry and joinery apprenticeship in 1973. Over a period of 40 years of owning and managing businesses, I have had in-depth experience in residential, commercial and industrial building. This includes concrete pre-cast construction, steel fabrication and erection and residential home construction.

During this period I gained experience in drafting and design, starting with hand drawing for all buildings we constructed and then using a program called Chief Architect for a few years. I have been using Revit Autodesk for the last 10 years and have developed a comprehensive knowledge of the program, producing detailed drawings to a high standard.

I have a proven track record in negotiating and closing large-scale projects with major clients. My ability to connect with clients has consistently driven company growth by building and maintaining strong relationships, which were integral to securing and delivering high-value contracts.
