This role involves Project management of Tarneit Performing Arts Centre (TPAC) feasibility study. This includes; skilfully assessing timelines and deliverables relative to contracts and PSA agreements, executing precise reporting and data analysis pertinent to TPAC, fostering collaboration with other council teams, as well immense focus on building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the TPAC project.
A highlighted achievement of this project is the community engagement report that summarises results from the Wyndham People's Advisory Panel. It is a fantastic snapshot of results and will be a great resource for the project moving forward.
Lead efforts in data management, migration and system requirements for the new Organisational Booking system. Management purchase orders and finance budgets and general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, meeting coordination, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Providing high level business support including operational tasks relative to industry engagement and employment pathways. Responsible for quarterly reporting within SEI unit, scheduling and logistics of meetings with internal and external stakeholders; including agendas and minutes as well as purchase order management.
Providing excellent and professional customer service for internal and external stakeholders was integral to this role. It included events management and booking of function rooms and processing catering requests. Co-collaboration was required throughout department to ensure communication was upheld. Maintaining excellent relationships with Executive Leadership Team and Councillor support was important to ensure highest standard of customer service and approachability. Also responsible for purchase order and supplier management.
