Setting up procedures and spreadsheets for the oil industry. In particular putting procedures in place for Origin Energy allowing easy processing of OCR invoices. This allows Origin to see the hours worked, the department's worked and the dollars spent per department at a quick glance and to allow them to process these into their system with ease. Arranging training for the OCR's ensuring that the completed percentage is above the required KPI of 90%. This currently sits at 99%. Working with field supervisors, engineers, drilling and completion supervisors to onboard them for their rolls with the oil company. This includes training, travel, invoicing and all other information relative to the specific oil company. Setting up a spreadsheet and procedures allowing ease of monthly man hours to be calculated across all oil companies, including Origin Energy, Santos & QGC, along with multiple other oil companies, MPC Kinetic, Westside, Senex and many others.

In addition to this, putting processes in place to allow easy submission of invoices into the Oil Company specific portals.

Over the years I have set up many procedures which have streamlined many facets of the business.
