Professional details about my roll:

• Communicating with the high value consignments importers and guiding them to preparing the essential documents (HAWB, MAWB, INVOICE, COO and LOA, ) and sending to our broker to lodge the custom clearance application (20 applications targets daily)
• Familiar with ICS. Processing internal Price evaluation to lodge SAC entry, preparing redline hold documentation submission with custom officers, AQIS paperwork submitting, quarantine inspection organising
• Response to the income phone call from 9am-5pm every weekdays, helping consignees and consigners to clear all the queries they had (status of the custom clearance, tracking status, methods to collect the required documents, etc.)
• Assist supervisor for the further tasks
• Submitting daily report (conclusion of the whole day tasks and the next day working plan) to manager

• Coordinated schedules and timelines for events.
• Managed administrative logistics of events planning, event booking and event promotions.
• Managed event logistics and operations.
• Performed event coordination for larger parties and gatherings.
• Executed on-time and under-budget project management on all promotion events

- PerfectChina (850 tourists team from China, 1,337,000 sales target achieved)

-Mid- season Sale (End of the financial year, 3 weeks clearance)

-Peace China (9 boards came from China, whole world tour, 1-month event in Port Adelaide)

• I had organised the whole project from flyer design to face-to-face customer service
