Accomplishments

I am currently worked as AA in a global financial company called Doo Group, it's a Singapore based company and has more ten office locations around the world. In Australia, they only operated in foreign currency exchange and Insurance business at about 4 years ago. I am one of the few starts up staff in this company. I was setup every accounting functionalist included QuickBooks. payroll and super .Also registered GST and STP in ATO, changing company detail in ASIC. Liaised with Bank for opening new account, sometime will tracking payment flow. My day to day routine is transferring money to client for exchange business. Reconcile Receivable and Payable account in QuickBooks. Petty Cash keeping and reimburse to staff, Generate weekly sales report, monthly costing and commission report from other system anther than QuickBooks in Excel.( I use sumif, xlookup, vlookup, pivot table and power BI.) Every quarter, I will report BAS in ATO business online service portal. before this, I would adjust some balance sheet G/L entry, such as depreciation, accrual AL, checking HR's superannuation processing etc. Every yearly, I renew workers insurance for employees and new business insurance. Assists external auditor with providing some transaction records.
