We developed a well-functioning delivery management system capable of tracking operators, deliveries, and producing well-visualized reporting. The system is customized for FOGO Kits delivery for councils and waste management contractors all over Australia. We have been doing over 500,000 FOGO kits deliveries for NSW, VIC, and QLD councils every year and is growing.
I developed and implemented a friendly network in the office and implemented bandwidth management rules for internet traffic. I also created and implemented a managed wireless mesh network and created a dashboard for traffic monitoring. I worked closely with the ERP migration team and successfully insuring all accurate data transformation to new system securely. Assisted in new systems development such as Jira Ticketing systems and HubSpot.
Successfully deployed a new wireless hotspot system in the office and ensured its optimum performance through monitoring and implementing load balancing technique and bandwidth management queues.
