A Mechanical Engineer with a Project Management background. Currently working as a Graduate mechanical engineer with Regal Rexnord where responsible for delivery of projects from sales handover to shipment and being the customer contact for designated projects and manage work scope and supplier and customer relationships to meet profitability and delivery targets. Have done internship in mechanical engineering company where used AutoCAD and solidworks software to prepare design and used some engineering calculation to prepare reports. Have worked as CNC programmer for around 1 year.

 1. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROJECT 03/2015 to 06/2015

• prepared report on different types of problems associated with pure steam generator.
• Developed knowledge about different machines used in pharmaceutical industries.
• Come across the issues like high boiler steam pressure and temperature, low feed water pressure, leakage from pipes and high conductivity of pure steam.
• Used pressure gauge to find out the right temperature and pressure required for boiler.
• made calculations to find out the right temperature and pressure required for boiler.
• understand the technical specifications and process of pure steam generator.

 2. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROJECT 10/2015 to 01/2016  

     Windsor Machines Ltd, Ahmadabad, Chhatral GIDC, Gujarat, India  

• prepared report on solution of injection moulding machine problems.
• exposure to plastic product manufacturing and different injection moulding machines.
• Come across the different problems and risks associated with injection moulding machine.
• Examine product assembly and material used for shutter which caused breakage of shutter in machine.
• Proposed design change and maintaining gap in assembly to overcome problem.
• And figured out the right material which has more tensile strength and minimum elongation percentage.
