Supporting my dad who is a disability pensioner, who has spinal injuries, anxiety, disks and
PTSD, I help him with daily activities such as cleaning around the house, lifting heavy items,
going shopping, taking him to appointments and medical centres among achieving personal
goals.
Doing this for my dad has made me want to help others in the same way too.
