- Was the AL Attendant so was in charge of the products coming from boning room/ conveyer belts/ hogger/ bone bins and the blow bowl and where i was sending the products
- Was also the by products cleaner/ laborer, which was my job to make sure the plant was clean and up to health and safety requirements and to keep product from being cos contaminated
