Whilst working at The Clubhouse my duties vary from shift to shift. From working in the Bar, making, and serving drinks to working on the floor, greeting customers, and taking their orders to running meals to tables and even running private functions. Twice a week i would also operate the Beverage cart for all golf members. I managed everything from stock, sales and takings to maintenance and RSA compliance for the beverage cart.

I was hired to complete Certificate III in Hospitality as a school based trainee, required to complete 750 Hours and 15 Units of competency including CPR & First Aid.
