• Conducting nursing assessments on patients, including baseline Glasgow Coma Scale, vital signs, mobility level, falls risk and pressure injury risks upon admission and when the patient’s condition changes.
• Planning and delivering safe and compassionate care, and evaluating its effectiveness.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative and documentation tasks related to patient cases and medication management, including oral and intravenous medications, as well as the use of syringe drivers and Niki pumps.
