Planning & Design Lead - Enterprise Simplification

  • Developed the business case for FY23 and FY24 to support the funding and establishment for 2 years of the Enterprise Simplification program.
  • Lead the planning & design team for the Enterprise Simplification program, managing a wider team under the head of Design and Delivery to plan, report and realise benefits from the Enterprise Simplification program.
    With the assistance of my team I helped to deliver 9 portfolios of work with over 50 initiatives in FY24 that helped achieved annual cost savings of over $20m for the bank

Product MVP Developer

  • Responsible for the development of an MVP Carbon Sequestration Calculator. This was used by Atlas Carbon as a financial calculator product to support the first customers looking to implement uplifted grazing techniques and increase the rate of carbon capture within their grazing land. This provided financial snapshots of the investment required in farm infrastructure and management techniques to enable the capture of carbon within their soil and subsequent registration of carbon credits to provide additional revenue streams from the newly established industry of carbon farming.
  • Worked with internal executives, agronomists and external consultants to develop the MVP and onboard the first customers to Atlas Carbon
  • Provided ad-hoc financial analysis and development of presentations as required.

  • My primary role at Future Estate was the development of the Future Estate corporate financial model supporting the three key divisions of the business: property development, hotel operations and strata management.
  • As a corporate finance associate I supported the refinancing of existing land development assets to support the transformation of the company from developer to hotel operator.
