I provide support to the Australian operations aligned with business objectives and strategies, including but not limited to: Statistical Analysis/Reporting; Policy & Procedure; Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding; Learning & Development; Interpretation of Awards & Agreements; Compensation & Benefits; Compliance; Performance Management & Appraisals; Communication; Safety, Environment & Health; Positions Descriptions; Apprenticeships; Succession Planning; Industrial & Employee Relations & HR Administrative Processes where required.
