During my time in the Sydney swans academy I was named as captain of our side heading to the national championship in Queensland. It was in this role that i developed and refined my leadership that had been previously established through many prior leadership positions in sporting and school. As part of this opportunity I got to work with former AFL players and many other very experienced coaches and leaders in the elite sports pathways.
