I served as the Project Manager, overseeing three sites across the Pilbara, where I was responsible for the decontamination of offshore structures and pipelines for Woodside. This included managing projects related to various forms of radiation, including alpha, beta, and gamma radiation, also known as Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORMs). My daily responsibilities included data entry, client liaison, task delegation for supervisors, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Construction Manager for four years, leading diverse teams on various projects across the Pilbara for clients, including Rio Tinto, FMG, Aboriginal community housing initiatives, and private residential developments. My role involved competitively quoting projects, making sure project make deadlines, overseeing quality control, and conducting client meetings to ensure alignment with project expectations. I also ensured that Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Work Method Statements were completed, managed material ordering, and maintained extensive knowledge of Australian standards. Additionally, I utilized Microsoft software for data entry for roster and timesheet management to streamline project tracking and reporting.

Morehome Construction as a Leading Hand, where I successfully led teams of up to 10 members, and also handled solo projects. I demonstrated expertise and proficiency in various carpentry tasks, including shop fit-outs, vinyl flooring, floating flooring, new builds, first and second fix carpentry, formwork, concrete work, tiling, machinery operation, pad builds, footings, profiles, and renovations.

I worked for Patterson Construction for approximately 6.5 years, specializing in remote Aboriginal projects while collaborating closely with site supervisors to develop my site management skills. My experience includes a diverse range of carpentry tasks such as site building, trenching, steelwork, and concrete work. I have contributed to setting out slabs, first fix metal and timber work, and wall cladding, as well as vinyl flooring, tiling, and waterproofing. Additionally, I have extensive experience in fitting out bathrooms, which involved installing shower screens, grab rails, and vanities. My second fix work included the installation of doors, door hardware, and windows. I also participated in site cleanup for new builds and refurbishments, working on projects for sports stadiums, schools, hospitals, and general stores.
