I was employed by IAS in February 2021 and finished in September 2022. During my tenure, I was entrusted with the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Maintained a safe and hygienic environment for the clients by performing light housekeeping duties, laundry, and ensuring that clients' personal living spaces and bedrooms were kept clean and tidy.

- Fostered robust connections with clients and their families, facilitating consistent communication between them, and offering support as necessary.

- Prepared nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs, administered medication, and maintained accurate records of their health and wellbeing. Additionally, I was responsible for managing clients' financial matters, ensuring rent and bills were paid, and that they had adequate funds for weekly activities and spending.

During my employment with Repco, which began in March 2021, I was responsible for a diverse range of tasks that included, but were not limited to:

- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via delivery, while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Serving customers in-store, answering phone inquiries, placing product orders, and providing assistance in addressing their queries in a prompt and courteous manner. I also maintained phone records as per requirements and shared them with management when necessary.

- Keeping the store clean, presentable, and organized. Operating registers to open and close, handling cash, cheques, EFTPOS payments, as well as external payments like ZipPay, while ensuring that EFTPOS machines were working correctly and performing any maintenance as needed.

- Responsible for merchandising, which included monitoring stocks and ordering products, conducting regular stocktakes, displaying new products, and promoting visual displays to attract customers.

- Safe and timely delivery of products and orders to Glen Innes, Tenterfield, and nearby areas, using strong time management, excellent customer service, negotiation, and navigation skills, while maintaining a clean and roadworthy vehicle.
