I have worked as a disability support worker for many years. I have experience in dealing with clients with complex needs and with clients with challenging behaviours. I have served as a Senior support worker as well. This role allowed me to play a leadership role in the disability industry handling complaints, rostering, and general staff management. I am currently serving as the Vice chairman for administration in my community. In this role, I represent my community when meeting with stakeholders. I also ensure all legal compliances are met on time.
