Active member in the board of directors of the NGO focused on historical interpretation, historical linguistics, religion and culture based in Mongolia. I am principally involved in setting the long term vision of the NGO and some of the execution.
Active member of senior decision making board since inception of the company in 2020 for the Danagar Aduu company and its accompanying NGO. The company focuses on establishment of a new breed of horse that has high meat and dairy yields while retaining the ability to fully or partially forage for its dietary needs.
I am involved in the annual functions of the company such as acquiring feed, new horses for the project and the building of stables and other infrastructure along with long term plans for the company and NGO.
Called up bi-monthly committee meetings and set the agenda of each meeting. Steered the club to have a wider reach at the university and attract more groups within the creative arts cohort at the university.
Oversaw numerous collaborations with other clubs, weekly workshops, our bi-annual "nkspot" magazines as well as constitutional amendments to the society.
Gained direct experience in leading a group, setting the agenda, exercising oversight and offering corrections/directives.
Served as an assistant at the laboratory and an apprentice during my last year of high school.
