• Department of Defense Integration: Actively involved in the ERP project transitioning CHS (Department of Defense) from their current NAVISION system to SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring compliance and operational readiness for this critical national infrastructure.

• This role encompassed broad project leadership, from design to deployment, emphasizing system integrity and business alignment
• Custom SAP Staging Table: Led the design and implementation of a custom SAP Staging Table which now integrates real-time material master and pricing data from GS1's National Product Catalogue, serving over 60% of supplier data
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Contribute to the ERP Program testing and go-live preparation activities (including data conversion, dress rehearsals and go live) through the timely provision of subject matter expertise
• Stakeholder Engagement: Worked closely with multiple stakeholders, including business architects, developers, and the head of operational planning, to ensure project deliverables aligned with corporate goals
• COVID-19 Rapid Response: Adapted system configurations swiftly to support the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines and rapid antigen tests during the critical initial phases of the pandemic, demonstrating agility and responsiveness under pressure
