Ehsadministrator - Responsibilities

Roleinmisprojectsupport - Responsibilities

  • To lead the MIS daily operation, scheduling of tasks, allocation of resources, maintain.
  • Understand the full Project Cycle. Manage customer expectations, interface between operations and customer to resolve problems.
  • Support in projects for reports & monitor project progress.
  • Maintain & update department documentations and archives.
  • Gather business requirements and translate into required reports / dashboards.
  • Track all Project Tickets/Issues and assign it to the respective team.
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work with client personnel to identify required changes & communicate the changes to development team.
  • Creation, closure, reopening of different projects in the MIS server.

Job Profile

  • Perform all End-to-End HR works which include recruitment, On boarding, orientations as well as Payroll, off boarding, leave management, pre-employment screening & other general HR works.
  • Knowledge of Australian Employment laws, Visa’s and Awards.
  • Complete pre-employment checks for candidates; requesting reference checks, medicals, police checks and supporting the application for security clearances.
  • Manage employee database on HRIS system (JDE, SAP, Oracle, Spreadsheets and CRM).
  • Manage payroll, keeping track of employee hours, overtime, and pay rates, entering information into spreadsheets, and creating reports for management.
  • Ability to effectively manage requisitions and consistently meet performance metrics and goals.
  • Creatively sourcing diverse, high-caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, cold calling, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies and optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA/HR business partners.
  • Managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Prepared job descriptions for various positions and developed appropriate questions for prospective candidates.
  • Postings Jobs on various social media sites and websites.
