Lead Carer, managing & supporting a team of 30 plus participants and team members, including all Carers, Young children participating in the young persons Autistic Program, Siblings, Families, Providers and Camp Leader.


Manage & facilitate all pre camp management meetings to match all young young people with their carers, through a thorough a lengthy process with detailed and comprehensive pre and post meeting supporting all management team members.


· Leading a team of 20 Carers who offer one on one support with their young person at camp, providing one on one support to all carers on the team, offering guidance, role modeling and emotional and physical support, providing strategies and interventions providing personal and one on one carer support for all members on the team.


Support all facilitators attending camps for workshops provide support to help overseas & manage all sport activities including Equine Therapy, Art Therapy, Water Sports Based Play, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Bush Craft And Music, overseeing the everyday running and operations providing one on one support to all members on my team, all young participants, parents/ guardians and other staff.
