• Supervising and proactively engaging with children aged 3 to 4 years old. Creating curriculum intention plan and emergent program.
• Planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies. Interact and care effectively for needs of children, including in health, hygiene and safety.
• Documenting and daily planning regarding on individual children's needs and development.
• Established strong relationship with families, work collaboratively to achieve children's individual goals and support on their social skills, emotion, physical and academic development.

• Assisting with documenting and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children in conjunction with other staff.
• Assisting with the preparation and cleaning-up of activities under the supervision of the room leader.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with families and children.
