Managing and supervising a team of 14 over a diverse portfolio including water extraction, treatment and delivery, sewerage treatment, carpentry, plumbing, industrial coatings, groundskeeping, pest control and janitorial services on highly important assets for the Australian and US defence force.

Providing and enabling preventative and corrective maintenance to mission critical assets in line with contractual requirements.

Providing support to defence activities including large scale fuel transfers, high risk rigging activities and emergency response.

Construction of town water supply tank for city of Karratha.

Managing a team of 24 and facilitating the construction and delivery of a haul road bridge and haul road tunnel on Rio Tinto Mesa A minesite.

Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a 6 storey block of 20 luxury apartments from conception to delivery.

Day to day management of contractors and staff.

Management of applicable standards and local government requirements including all relevant approvals and compliance documents.

Procurement of services and materials required including tower crane and hoist.

Providing a high quality product to very high end and particular clients within allotted time and budget while managing on site requirements.

6 month expedition to Australian territories in Antarctica to provide support to the Australian Antarctic Divission employer by the COA Dept of Environment.
