- Own the end-to-end design process, covering interaction design, visual design, prototyping, animation, and detailed documentation.

- Business App MVP Launch: Expanded app offerings, driving a 389.8% increase in in-app interactions, 95% growth in engagement time, & improved app ratings (iOS: 2.0 → 4.3; Android: 3.6 → 4.2).
- Voucher Scanner Redesign: Enhanced usability and efficiency, reducing customer support calls from the app by 52% & increasing the customer thumbs-up rate by 21%
- Design System Development: Co-created and implemented the first design system for the business app and led the design migration to GEL.
- Strategic Research: Delivered research-driven strategic recommendations and artefacts, improving alignment and synergy between web and app platforms.
Service NSW streamlines access to government services for people and businesses. Focused on delivering website solutions for COVID-19 business grants and Active/Creative Kids vouchers.
