- Provide leadership and support to depot staff to assist them in safely managing their fleet to an optimum level, while also leading people processes such as succession planning, mentoring and managing HR/IR issues with support from senior leaders
- Supervision of 80 Company drivers, 50 Owner Drivers and 20 Multi-Fleet Sub-Contractors with in NSW/ACT.
