I have just recently moved from New Zealand to Australia for the main reason to race the Australian kart championship but to also seek new opportunities and get a new experience on what life is like across the ditch. It was hard leaving my family's run business at Top Gear but I am excited for what the future holds and the new adventures I am willing to work hard for.
I have completed 8 Months in the new home building trade last year. This has given me a lot of wood work experience learning off one of the top building company's in New Zealand. This also taught me great time management skills having to work at a fast pace to meet dead lines as well as keeping the attention to detail at a high standard.
Manufacturing/assembling semi and fully inclosed trailers on a big and small scale has taught a lot about the trailer building industry.
* weight transfer/ distribution to make sure there is no sway when driving
* assembly of trailer components (springs, Axels, couplings ect)
* making sure the order of materials is made on time or is in stock
* Tool knowledge
* Finishing details
* water proofing
Motorsport and racing is my passion and is all I pretty much do outside of work. I have just recently traveled to Bahrain to compete at the Rotax World Karting Championships and have gained plenty of other success.
