As the Site Superintendent at Murrin Murrin mine site, I provided exemplary leadership and oversight for all scaffolding, rope access, and cladding services. This encompassed managing a substantial team of 40+ skilled professionals, including 6 scaffold supervisors, 12 rope access technicians, and 9 cladding service personnel. My primary responsibility was to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of tasks across these specialized areas.

In addition to leading the team, I took charge of providing quotes for scaffolding projects around the site. This involved careful assessment and estimation of project requirements, demonstrating my proficiency in project management and cost evaluation. Furthermore, I undertook the crucial task of monitoring various scaffold register systems, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance in all operations.

Throughout my tenure, I consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the team.
