  • Currently training as Trainer/Assessor.
  • Since early 2008, I have been doing full time & casual trainer & assessment rolls both FIFO & metropolitan based RTO's, such as North Metropolitan TAFE, Central Regional TAFE & with some private RTO's, while still maintaining my business.
  • My role was to train & assess candidates for various machine operations against the training package's from AQF to the minimum requirements to achieve a certificate of attainment, whether this is on site or in a simulated workplace situation.
  • Check and maintain currency of the training packages, while making sure all students have an equal opportunity to understand the course.
