My current role covers all aspects of Voice and Data Unified Communications, from unboxing and deploying the end user’s device, to programming the server that hosts the vendor application software running the customers managed service or on premises hardware . Providing both installation and maintenance of primarily Mitel Unified Communications product to large enterprise customers and Queensland Government departments . Recently undertaking part in the rollout to over 600 Department of Education sites , An upgrade project that delivered the successfull rollout of Mitel Unified Communication systems installed to all Queensland schools, this project has spanned over the last 4 years and has encompassed the transition from traditional voice services using ISDN trunks to full UC IP Telecommunications using the latest Telstra SIP trunk technology. I'm well serviced at all aspects of Voice and Data network maintenance , with experience at multiple vendor applications and integration delivery methodology . Whilst being able to both design and install all aspects of network cabling infrastructure and network switching , including UPS power systems. I manage projects internally and deal with external vendor and stakeholders' requirements, providing support across multiple state-based business’s teams
