Over the past 17 years I have developed my skill set working offshore in several different positions including Scaffold foreman,Leading hand Scaffolder, Leading hand Rigger and deck Rigger as part of a deck crew. I've been fortunate enough to work on a range of different offshore projects and facility's from operational gas platforms, hook up and commissioning (H.U.C) projects, construction vessels, (D.S.V) pipelay and heavy lift vessels. With the experience I've had accross different facilities and roles within the industry, its given me good exposure to different Rigging/Scaffolding methods, permit and safety systems and also people of different nationalities and backgrounds enabling me to become an effective communicator. I am always seeking new and challenging roles within an organization that will enable me to grow my skillset, operational understanding and where possible,allow me to share my experience in the development with others.
