I am a dynamic and self-motivated individual with extensive experience operating advanced machines including concrete agitators, water carts and dump trucks (CAT 777, 785, 789, Komatsu 830E). I possess an excellent understanding of civil and mining operations including policies and procedures associated with machinery, equipment and occupational health and safety. I demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills in complex and busy environments working with staff and people at all levels while ensuring smooth operations of the business. I possess excellent time-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage personnel and coordinate complex tasks in order to meet deadlines. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated the ability to be a team player. From a coaching perspective, I demonstrate the ability to mentor and coach football clubs with excellent training management. I currently coach the Junior Football Team at Claremont and am also a member of their board.
