Summary

Bradley (Brad) is a Senior Project Scientist, currently with JBS&G, in the Brisbane office. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and practical experience in both research, professional advice and fieldwork. Brad joined JBS&G as a graduate, but quickly rose to become a senior project scientist in less than 12 months of joining the team. Since then, Brad has gained experience in a range of contaminated land projects and is now an accomplished environmental consultant.

  • Performed Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and provided remediation recommendations;
  • Managed large scale civil remediation projects such as dig and dump, in situ capping, waste water treatment and landfill construction;

  • Conducted extensive soil, groundwater, and surface water, ground gas and landfill gas sampling, in compliance with Australian Standards;
  • Applied both tier 1 and tier 2 criteria in assessment of residential, commercial and open space regarding soil, water and vapour contamination levels;
  • Worked in remote areas for extended periods for large, multinational clients such as BHP and BP;
  • Held coal board medical clearance, ASIC clearance, BHP / BMA inductions, WPCG work clearance, explosives and fireworks security clearance;
  • Obtained experience with extensive range of unique clients, sites, training and environmental problems allowing for expertise in providing tailored advice;
