• Closing of end of month, Balance sheet reconciliations, posting of required journals and WIP calculations
• Timely lodgement of activity statements & payroll tax
• Management of the bank accounts, project trust accounts, Accounts receivable/payable, Payroll & General Ledger
• Analysis of project financial data to optimise the budget and forecasting process

• Handing day-to-day accounting processes to drive financial accuracy
• Prepared working papers, reports and supporting documentation for reporting periods
• Documented cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions
• Collected and reported monthly expense variances and explanations

Reporting directly to the senior accountant as part of a small team.

• Duties included:
• Incorporating and tracking tailored business and tax planning strategies for the groups
• Preparation and lodgement of tax returns for trusts, companies and individuals
• Reviewed general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness of information

Duties included.:

• Performed fieldwork involving land measurements, calculations, and stakeouts for construction projects
• Developed comprehensive survey plans, collected relevant data, and analysed results accurately
• Collaborated effectively with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
