  • With my time at Admiral, I managed to achieve various promotions and win multiple awards such as Probation of the year, and voted among my peers as the #1 representative within the department.
  • Prior to my management promotion I was on the phone to customers both inbound and outbound and while providing perfect customer service I would take on customer queries and deal with their request all while maintaining our compliance standards and then proceed to upsell our products to customers to provide further discounts each call.
  • In July 2024 I was awarded a senior management position where I led my own team from their first day of training until they were experienced agents. This was done using my excellent communication and management skills, alongside the admin side of the role where I would utilize my skills on both Microsoft Word and Excel to build spreadsheets to assist with my work.
