I used to involve in analyzing the existing capabilities of the Verint Core Product (AgentDesktop System) components and client product components and helps to provide the solutions with the existing verint core components which reduces the customization at client side.

• Worked In Leads Management Application which drives the agent to capture the leads and may convert it into policies in future. Involved in Development ,tailored to client needs, resulting in increased user satisfaction and improved business operations.

Project2

• Involved in Development of working CTP Complaint program migration to Generalized Complaint system which eases the agent for raising the complaints for customers at one stop

Worked in Agile Methodology process and used to involve in requirement gathering discussions with Business Analysts and collaboratively working with peer developers for the outcome of the product
