  • My role at Beaurepaires as a tyre fitter consists of; repairing punctures, removing and replacing passenger and 4x4 tyres, carrying out wheel alignments and performing safety/health checks. As a assistant manger the role consist of assessing customer's needs for work carried out, informing customers on how to prolong the life of there tyres with a maintenance guide, keeps the customer in mind at all times, proactively identifying and addressing concerns and needs. provide quality service in order to build customer loyalty
  • The skills which were used within this position included following workplace health and safety guidelines, setting up and packing down, cleaning equipment, customer service, money handling and time management.

Kmart distribution center

  • My role here is to make sure that the products all get properly boxed and stacked to then get transported to many different Kmart stores
  • The different skills that I use in this position is time management and team skills as there has to be a certain amount of stock processed through to shipping in a specific time frame.

Night Fill

Woolworths Group
  • My role at Woolworths consists of stacking shelves within a certain timeframe, assisting customers and managing stock
  • The skills which have assisted me in completing given tasks to the best of my potential is time management, customer service skills, being able to work under pressure, the ability to work in a team environment as well as alone, and appropriately following the workplace health and safety guidelines.
