Personally, developed the 1st process model andn flowsheet of the refinery using Syscad simulation tool
Personally, developed an in-house hybrid digestion design to overcome adverse bauxite impurity impacts in high temperature digestion
This design was provided to a Digestion Technology Provider who detailed the first of its kind worldwide
(Eventually successfully implemented, operated and proven a robust high temperature design for impurity laden bauxites.) Scoped and coordinated various testwork activities with Alcan Engineering, CSIRO (Perth, Australia) and Joint Venture Partner, Alcoa
