I have gained skilled and actively been involved in the entire lifecycle of a project, from Early Contractor Engagement (ECI Period), to Contract completion and defects management.

I have been directly responsible for:

• Providing guidance on contractual matters to project teams
• Reviewed Client Head Contracts and highlighted risk items to Senior Management.
• Reviewed and negotiated Contractual Agreements with Subcontracts, Suppliers and Consultants
• Mentored junior contracts administrators
• Procurement of Subcontract trades, suppliers and consultants including preparation of the tender packages, scope of works
• Managing a high volume of contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Created monthly financial reports and forecast analysis's to present to Senior Management on the financial position of the project
• Dispute resolution including collaboration with legal counsel to resolve complex contractual issues, protecting the company''s interests throughout negotiations.
• Initiation of documentation to authorize and direct work to meet contractual specifications.
• Preparation of Head Contract post-award contract administration activities such as change orders, extensions, terminations, and closeouts efficiently.
• Review of Subcontractor variations, Extensions of Times, Claim etc
• Review of design documentation
