I've been a hard working chef over the last 9 years and have decided to take a change,
Over my time being a chef I've achieved many different personal goals, I've lead kitchen teams as a sous whilst the head chef has been away , I've maintained stock levels to reduce wastage and maximise profit.
I strive to achieve what is expected of me by my employer to the highest possible level.
I'm a hard worker and very dedicated to working to provide for my family
•To assist the head chef with guiding other staff members to produce well prepared meals
•keep stock levels to appropriate levels to minimise wastage.
•keep the kitchen clean and tidy during and after service hours
•work with the front of house team to send meals to tables
•weekly stocktaking
