Volunteer Community Fundraising for TTD and P&C events. Volunteer on weekends preparing formwork for laying concrete slabs for New outdoor welding bays and recreational area. Extracurricular activity: member of Human-Powered Vehicle (HPV) team as pit crew (Mechanics). Major achievement: (2019) We tied 4th in the Queensland HPV Super Series for Junior Boys out of 41 schools. We learnt how to focus on the problems as a team and develop solutions without laying blame or justifying. We learn to the meaning of being prepared for events to minimise risks. Most memorable experience: as a participant in the 24 hour Fraser Coast Challenge - qualified 50th out of 136 vehicles finishing the event 8th in Junior Boys. Enjoyment of success in adverse situation being new to the sport and a small school.
