I am an organised and dependable candidate who successfully manages multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Always carrying a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
I have gained valuable experience over the past 6 months assisting Paul, a senior Services & Construction Manager at Connect Facilities. My role during this period involved a variety of tasks which were invaluable during my time, with tasks such as:
1. Email Management: Handling and co-ordinating the prioritisation of incoming and outgoing emails related to senior services and construction projects.
2. Work Schedules: Assisting in organising and managing schedules/work reports for projects, meetings, and maintenance tasks. Using Excel.
3. Maintenance Contracts: Helping to coordinate and manage maintenance contracts, which involved liaising with contractors, ensuring deadlines were met, and overseeing quality control.
4. General Assistance: Providing overall administrative support, which included preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting in budget management and procurement.
These responsibilities indicate that I have been exposed to both administrative duties and operational aspects of Senior Services and Construction management. This experience can be quite valuable as it provides me with a foundation in organisational skills, project coordination, and possibly some industry-specific knowledge.
