Provide customer oriented service between the Bank and Brokers. Provide support for broker referred mortgage applications from end to end for Auswide Bank; including workflow management. Responsibility is to ensure an efficient and timely journey of the end to end process for mortgage applications processed under control through exceptional customer service and workflow management including the processing and validation of loan applications and supporting documentation.
