Duties

  • Settlements (predominately third-party channel originated loans)
  • The management of settlement workflow.
  • Confirm certification for new loan settlements, as well as fund release to consumer mortgage fulfilment agent on a daily basis; within set time frames, monitoring their progress to ensure completion.
  • Work closely with Lending Services team to ensure all daily settlements and settlement enquiries are actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Inbox Management (email) - action queries and sort emails in, MSA Inbox, FHLDS Inbox.
  • Check First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) Applications on day of receipt, follow up any outstanding/incomplete items and queries in relation to the applications.
  • Reporting as required.

  • General Enquiries associated with tasks performed.
