Brendan Mohr

As the manager of Madeley St Fish & Chip, I lead my team to successfully giving our customers great service, on time, every time. My job involves me organizing all aspects of preparation for each night to make sure that everything runs smoothly. In the time of being the manger I have successfully trained multiple employees.

In my time as a worker at Madeley St Fish & Chips I learnt how to operate every position (Grill, Fryer, Customer service and Preparation/Organization) to a high level of competency and put all my effort into giving the customer the best experience possible. I also worked well with my manager and learnt everything I could from them to further improve my teamwork skills and efficiency.

During my work experience at "weld it" I learnt the many processes involved when working with metal and how to create complex designs from scratch.

During my time as a junior in the CFA I learnt how to effectively and efficiently work as a team to complete fire drills and other activities.
