My role involves taking parts off of motor vehicles, packaging parts, sending customers invoices, organising the collection of parcels, as well as other duties on site. Also, another responsibility that I had within the company is taking care of the site outgoings such as; waste disposal, collection of metals, and electricity and water bills. A main part of my job role was to answer the company phone calls, where I assist customers with queries, take their orders and details, and negotiate prices with them in a professional manner. Additionally, I used my computer skills to carry out some of my duties which include; advertising and selling vehicles and their parts, issuing any refunds, creating invoices for customers and checking the compatibility of parts.
